If you enjoy untidiness and don’t mind playing with dirt, then this is definitely the place for you. The beds and blankets are covered with dirt stains, making it feel more like a camp out than an actual place to stay. The real kicker, though, is the washroom situation. It’s an unpleasant surprise when you get there, and honestly, it really just adds to the overall experience of discomfort.

The room bedding was dirty, and there were many clear stains on the blanket. I had to argue with service people to change it. I had to ask for toiletries, fresh towels. The window curtains were falling down, and i had to fix it myself. For a super-deluxe stay, this should not be the case. This was my fifth stay there, and this is not what i was hoping for. Disappointed.

Poor housekeeping, they will keep turning the ac off multiple times in a day and you have to keep calling their reception for the same. Doesn't take any mode of payment but cash, have poor cleanliness, worst path to reach the hotel, it is not at the location shown in map, it is in a shady lane behind other hotels. No proper bill or tax invoice. Won't replace toiletries or put fresh towels when asked to prep the room, nor will clean the washroom.
