The experience was nothing short of unacceptable. The room my parents were given was completely different from the photos shown on your website. It was not a luxury room by any standard, the walls were damp with visible water damage, the floor was dirty and to make matters worse, there was no running water in the toilet the next morning. This caused immense discomfort and inconvenience.

Horrid & Unhygienic: A Stay to Forget

What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a messy, miserable ordeal — thanks to a hotel that truly redefined the meaning of “terrible.” From the start, the property felt off. There was no visible hotel banner outside, which was already a red flag. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warning signs were all there — a musty odor, uninterested staff, there were lizards and ants in the room. The room I was given was nothing like what was advertised. Later on, they gave me the premium suit which I had actually booked which was nothing better except for the fact that it was spacious. Worst of all — the rooms were not cleaned even once throughout our stay. When we finally requested housekeeping, what unfolded was straight-up disgusting: the staff used the same cloth to wipe both the toilet and the room floor. Absolutely revolting. Things got worse when the water supply was cut off for an entire day. We were left without water in the middle of summer — no bathing, no flushing, not even handwashing. Our entire day’s tour plan got cancelled because of this chaos. There was no apology, no proper explanation, and certainly no compensation. This experience taught me two things: never trust online hotel photos, and always read the reviews very carefully — or better yet, book a tent over this kind of “accommodation.

Hlo, I would like to share my experience about this hotel.First of all there is no complementary breakfast available. Although I ask them many times but still nothing provided.AC were not working properly and water were coming from the AC to your room.Bathrooms were also not working properly.There is TV in the room but it’s not working because they didn’t had remote available. Overall in my opinion there are many areas where they need to improve. Good thing is that room is spacious, location is good and early check in is available. Staffs were polite.
