The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely terrible. The room was dusty, bedsheets and towels looked used, and the floor was sticky and dirty. The washroom had a bad smell with an unclean toilet and stains everywhere. Very unhygienic and disappointing experience – I would never recommend this place.

Please find below the review of the stay: *utterly disappointing stay* the experience was far below acceptable standards, and i have detailed the issues below: 1. *breakfast issue: initially hotel refused to provide breakfast. On raising the issue with mm t intervention, the breakfast was offered which was extremely disappointing. It consisted of just tea and bread in a polythene bag, bought from outside. Infact, i doubt if they really have any kitchen. As you could easily see swiggy delivery poster in the hotel. I refused to accept the roadside breakfast and returned the polythene bag. 2. *dirty linen and towels: the bed linen and towels were very dirty and stained. The towel was so dirty that i did not even use it. 3. *unclean room: the room was not properly cleaned, with a gutka pouch found beside the bed. The balcony was even very very dirty, looked like it was not cleaned since ages. 4. *broken bed: the bed was broken and uncomfortable. 5. *ac control at reception: strangly, ac can be switched on off from the reception by them. I don't know when, but they turned off the ac in the night. When i woke up at 6, i called up the reception that ac is switched off by itself, they switched it on again from the reception itself 6. *no dustbin: there was no dustbin in the room, which is a basic necessity. 7. *no receipt for extra charges: i overstayed until 1:45 pm and paid an extra charge of rs. 500, but no receipt was provided for this payment. 8. *hotel operating under multiple names: it was disturbing to find that the same hotel operates under 2-3 different names. In addition to fabhotel 24&7, it also operates under the name of something like 'roomshala' 9. *lack of hospitality: the staff lacked basic hospitality skills and were not accommodating. Overall, the building may be relatively new, but the maintenance, cleaning, staff behaviour and hospitality is very very poor. Given the above issues, i suggest bot to stay at this shady hotel, otherwise you will also be writing a review like me. Ok. Please find the photos

It was a very terrible experience with this hotel. 1. Hotel staff waited for me for 2 hours for room availability. After that showing rooms without missing amenities. Such as room without tv or a/c and another room where tv and a/c was there but i have to use general washroom outside the room. 2. Finally allocated one room but tv has no connection. After several requested staff attended my call and staff asked me, " do i know how to operate a tv? finally tv never worked in the room. 3. No water bottle availability. Staff told me that we have no water bottle and we can not provide it. I am high bp and sugar patient where i need water so after several request i got a water bottle after 11 pm. 4. I booked my hotel with breakfast but staff told me that no breakfast is available here. Hotel does not serve breakfast. You have to arrange it all by yourself or inform it. Finally i did not get breakfast. I went outside and did my breakfast. 5. My room was a deluxe room and i got an ordinary room. 6. Rooms were soap and towel were missing. In morning i went down to reception where no one was there and the receptionist was sleeping in the another room. I woke up him and requested for towel and soap. 7. Overall the hotel condition is not good. During booking it showed booking full but here it is full of vacated. My booking to 2 nights but i stayed only one night and did checkout on next day.
