The staff was very good at their behaviour, and there was no disturbance while staying in. The room was clean and perfectly prepared, but I only faced issues with the bathroom flush, but the bathroom was cleaned and the geyser was working well.

Stayed at HSP Suites recently and it was a pretty decent experience. The room was nothing fancy—just average—but clean and comfortable, which is what really matters. Some of the stuff in the room felt a bit old, but everything worked fine. The food prices at the hotel were kind of high, but honestly, after checking out a few restaurants nearby, it seems like that’s just how prices are in the area. So can’t really fault them for that. What stood out the most was the staff—super polite, helpful, and really attentive. They made the whole stay feel a lot better. Overall, I’d say HSP Suites is a good budget-friendly place to stay. Just be ready to maybe eat out if you’re trying to save a bit on food.
