The hotel was extremely horrible. Toilet was very dirty. There was a lot of suffocation in the room with a bad smell. Bed was good night to sleep but the AC was noisy to disturb the sleep. There was no concept of room service. We had to go to the reception every single whenever we needed anything. So overall it was the most worst experience of my life.

The rooms were clean but had lots of small cockroaches and insects with made the stay very difficult. 2.The TV wasn't working despite reminding them several times to fix it. 3.The staff behaviour was fine but the manager was least concerned with the guest's problems. 4.The food was overall decent and reasonable.
