Hotel is clean, staff is lovely, food is taste but makemytrip has put me in trap beacuse while booking they are showing both kids are free but we could not fit on bed to get extra bed it was chargeable. i have question to makemytrip if i have book for 2 adults & 2 kids in app was showing both kids are staying free then how come my both kids stayed free if anyway i have to pay extra for them to sleep makemytrip should understand people taking hotel for sleep not for playing football or tense

Excellent Stay

Very clean hotel. Staff were very warm and welcoming and helpful. Food was reasonable with good portions. Food was available to order 24/7. Location was very convenient close to Airport. Room was clean and tidy with a mini fridge and plenty of storage including a safe. Bathroom was very clean with all the necessities including dental kit and comb. Value for money.

Hotel is on road side so it is very comfortable for drop and pickup by cars. T Restaurant is okay but it is costly. Rates needs reconstruction

Worst ever experience of booking hotel via make my trip

The property is situated in a crowded area. The rooms are too small and overtly priced. The room i paid for was for 10k but too small to accomodate even one person. After repeated requests no change was made in the stay. The hotel staff was polite but that was of no help to me. Breakfast is average with limited options and a few items finish before the said buffet timing. After making multiple calls to Make my trip from where i had booked the property, i was not helped at all. The call was being transferred each time and i was told supervisor would call me back but i received no call. It was a disastrous experience booking a hotel via make my trip.
