The room was spacious enough, but it wasn't clean, the bed spreads were dirty and had stains of mosquito blood, and bathroom seemed like it was never cleaned! complete lack of cleanliness in this hotel

As i stay there worst experience in hotel, no hygiene beds are so dirty and even i call to hotel employees for towel aprrox 4 to 5 times but they don’t provided.

Even though we did late checkin, the room was not ready and they started cleaning up when we asked for the key. There was an unpleasant smell during the stay and there was even an electric shock we felt in bathroom may be due to bad earthing. Please look into the basic issues

The room which i got was bad. Not clean, ac not working properly. Water heater plug complaint. Tv also not recharged. But the staff was helpful to change to another room. It was spacious and good except only one thing. Heater was not working, also i got small earthing from tap while i switched on water heater. Other than it everything was very good.
