Terrible Stay

We never thought MMT would recommend this terrible property. The cleanliness of rooms and toilets was disgusting. The surrounding area was just like a slum. Also, the behavior of most of the staff was very rude. Amidst all the negative things, if I have to say any 1 positive point, that would be the location of the hotel. It is nearer to the station. That's all.

The room was decent, nothing too great about it. Normal room stay. A little too highly priced for the room though. The staff was nice. The pictures were quite deceptive though, but used to that since that’s what happens in most of the hotels at Delhi.

Except clean room nothing is good here cost wise it’s too high I wouldn’t have trusted Mmt there was list of service included during the booking but the fact is they didn’t gave a complimentary water they charged us every single water bottle we orders for get about shave kit n all there no body wash n shampoo worst experience by trusting mmt

We stayed for a couple of days here. While the hotel is actually a budget one, the facilities are not even par for what they charge. The room was very small with no extra space beyond the bed. No towels, mats, water etc were provided. Also there was some kind of bad smell in the room through out. There was no window too. They did not have keys for individual rooms but controlled everything through a master key. The centralized AC was not that effective too. Do not bother asking for taxi through them since they just rip you off.

we were planning to stay more than ten nights in this property but after checkin we see rooms of this hotel are very small in size ,no sofa or chair was Avaliable even though we were having four to five times light issue there . we told them on reception but unfortunately they behave like they don't know anything about this .

I had breakfast there, for breakfast they take you to a nearby hotel, but it is good. Location is little crowded, the street where hotel is located, but it has good eateries nearby and shops for other purposes as well. Only thing which bothered me was that they charged for water bottles, which is little stingy.

The hotel was in great condition rooms are good and so is the food The staff is super friendly and helpful One suggestion I would like to give is they should arrange some kind of transport for clients since tourist vehicles aren’t allowed on the road where the property is situated
