Washroom’s western toilet sink was leaking with broken health facet. Unpleasant smell in the dining area. Worst maintenance. Terrible pickup service, had to wait for more than an hour just to pick up at the Airport which is with in 15 minutes drive inspite of providing arrival details well in advance. No courtesy from the driver. Don’t rely on the star rating which is not true for Venus hotel. I don’t recommend at all and never would like to stay again.

Not suitable for business travellers. Terrible bathrooms, poor quality bed, linen etc. Their breakfast is same cold stuff every day. The restaurant has very poor appearance, unclean. Staff is untrained.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAY! had such a disgusting experience at the hotel. An uncleaned room in the ground floor was given with an extremely dirty bathroom. The toilet seat was so dirty, had to use a sheet to use it. The tiles, mug and tub given to bathe, everything was old rusty and so disgusting to use. We were stranded in Delhi for 2 days due to flight cancelation and booked Venus hotel as it had a strong 4 star rating. God knows how and why. Would absolutely not recommend this to anyone. For the price they charge per night, the cleanliness and service is close to 0. There are other way better options in Mahipalpur. Strictly avoid Venus Hotel.

The maintainence of the property is average. We took deluxe room comprising of 4 beds. But they provided us only 1 bottle of drinking water per day. The rooms and toilets are in need of urgent upgrade and maintenance. The linen could do with better wash and quality. The food is good and room service prompt. Staff is good.
