Difference from what you see on mmt and actual

The rooms which were shown on MMT differ from actual, broken tables, 4 times I had to call room service to actually get my TV started, service is poor takes half an hour to forty-five minutes for simple bread toast and tea to be provided, cleanliness is a concern, whole staff is humble but I ordered paratha which were stale and I got stomach infection eating them for the whole day.
