Very bad service by the hotel staff, there is no timely response. The room telephone was not working, wifi unable to connect. Hot water tap not working, after more than 2 hours of waiting, they give us a new room. There was issue with the lift as well, was not working the entire night.

The hotel is located in a nice place within the market. All the stuffs are well mannered. Breakfast food is nice . Room is clean and with all the facilities. Bathroom is also very clean. Overall a very good experience. We stayed there for three nights.
