Neither did the staff call us to get any update about our arrival. We had passed in at 2 o'clock. Regarding the luggage, we had to go and collect the towel and soap ourselves. There was no arrangement for hot drinking water, there was no arrangement to sit and take bath in the bathroom, there were no bathroom slippers, the phone wire was also removed from the room, the staff was not taking any interest.

A good place to stay at this price point. Not a great experience but good enough for sleeping at night after a day long travel. They don't charge extra for water. You can fill your bottle. There was a geyser in the bathroom - good for a morning shower in the chilling winter of Delhi.

Worst stay on first day. They gave a room which was a dingy setup one floor lower than the main hotel rooms. I think they do that for all people who are staying for the first time and are now aware and not repeat customers. On 2nd day, after showing our disappointment they moved to a better room on the main floor.
