It was terrible experience, manager and receptionist misbehaving the customers, rooms were not match with the promises. Third class cheap room in the name of classis. Ask to extra pay or leave these are the words of the management and receptionist

very bad experience AC room booked but hotel mgmt initially gave non AC room . on complaint , the room was changed but another horrible room with non efficient ac , fully broken bathroom window , non clean room , non working tv provided. on futher complain, mgmt lied to have changed room thrice and then openly demanded more money to provide good facility.

Staff completely unprofessional, they dint open door first, then said i don't have booking, then sint helped with car parking, no drinking water, dirty bed, pillow cover and almirah, broken led tv, no bucket in washroom. No hot water, it was trauma, i was late at night around 3am, otherwise could never have spent time in that hell

Dirty room and washroom, they took 500 extra at reception despite the pre-booking. All in even after spending u will get a very dirty and unhygienic room.The only good thing was location and AC was working well.
