Receptionist makes 500 extra payment for check in, room is very dirty, bedsheets also very dirty, no bucket in bathroom, fan is not working, security ask for money.

Ordered Margarita pizza and they delivered Exotic pizza after 1.5 hours. Poor management, AC not working, TV not working, They don't provide Proper Hotel Services as they've mentioned. Over charging for water bottles and behaves rudely.
