Terrible experience. Never faced this type of experience before. Staff behaviour is very bad reluctant r. The location is not good. The condition of the room is so bad. Toilet condition poor , flush and tap not working. Very poor situation. I won't recommend anyone to stay there

1)The mattress was not comfortable, I couldn't sleep properly on the night of 09/09/25, 2)next day they didn't changed the room but provided one more mattress over the existing, eventhough one room was available, 3)the continuous abnormal sound was coming from bathroom drainage pipe which again disturbed the sleep, 4) every now and then I have to call ( on mobile as there no intercom available ) 5) there was no switch in the room for AC and geaser so every now and then I have to call to request switch on the supply 6) wifi connection was not accessible on first day, after several requests it was provided on second day. 7) fan was making huge noise while operation

Worst and this find is a great mistake on part of make my trip as they have posted this property on their portal with good rating. When I called MakeMyTrip immidiately I didn’t get any suitable response and no refund. I find it’s all mistake of MakeMyTrip and they bear all the responsibility for posting such worst property on their portal with very high rating for such harassment and suffering to me I shall get full refund and adequately compensated for my harassment and suffering in the mid night caused to me as a platinum member, because of MakeMyTrip mistake.

Misleading Location, Poor Hygiene — Not Worth the Money

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property. The location listed on the website and in the confirmation email was inaccurate, off by nearly 3 to 4 kilometers. This made the place very difficult to find, especially since no direct contact number was provided. When I finally reached the actual location, the condition of the property was horrendous — unclean, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. It was absolutely not worth the amount paid. Given the state of the property, I had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation at my own expense. Adding to the frustration, I was not reimbursed, likely due to their cancellation policy — despite the fact that the booking was made based on false location details and possibly fake or misleading reviews. This experience was stressful, costly, and deeply concerning. I strongly urge others to verify all details independently before booking.

Worst experience I have ever had. First of all location shared is not real one. I had searched for an hour to locate. Finally could locate with help of Fabhotel help number. The room is not worth of Rs 500. I had to change hotel . We book in MakeMyTrip considering it’s brand value. Now we need to be cautious.
