Terrible Stay

Worst Hotel with zero cleanliness. First thing observed was that dusty, sticky floor that had never seen a mop. Second thing was the bedsheet and cover with cigarette burns and stains and has not seen a laundry atleast for 3 months. Then inobserved that the complementary water on the table doesnt have. Seal and clearly its been refilled from some shady source. Then found that ac doesnt have a remote and asked the hotel staff, reply was funny. They said they dont give remote because it is getting lost.. so we need to suffer without ac adjustments. Next comes the horrble part, toilet. Worse tha a public toilet and no flush. Water supply is feeble and quaitybof water is so bad with smell that i abandoned the plan of bathing from here. No hot water is a lie. In short run away feom this hotel

We are extremely disappointed with this hotel and their service. I had booked 2 rooms for my guests. the kind of experience they had is horrible empty Alcohol bottles were there in the rooms and many rats were in the room. when informed to the hotel staff no action was taken poor my guest dint say anything to me next day when they checked out and i came to know about this it was very embarrassing situation for me

The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition, with a bad smell throughout, and the washroom was equally unpleasant and poorly maintained. The staff's behavior was abusive and overbearing, which was completely unacceptable. Despite having paid in advance, they demanded extra money and even pressured me to check out before 10:00 am, which was unexpected and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
