The beds were broken and made cracking sounds. The room walls were disgusting and needed serious maintenance. The door lock is rusty.

The hotel had filthy linen, stained walls (spitting mark of paan, dirty bathroom flooring, dusty fan and smelly ac. When we asked the hotel staff, they said all rooms are like that and we should take it if we want or leave. I checked-out the same evening after finding an alternate hotel.

Location and experience

Location was good. But hotel experience was so poor, hotel rooms were so dirty and so smelly. Walls of the room were so dirty and stains were there. Pillow and quilt was also so dirty and smelly. This is my worst experience in a hotel in a delhi. I have never experienced so bad before. Hotel staff was also not cooperative. I called him requested to change my room please but in reply he said in this much amount you will only get this room.

Worst hotel i’ve been to!

Horrible stay

I stayed for two days, service was pathetic even pillow cover was not provided despite of asking 4-5 times in 2 days. Rooms were dirty, breakfast was pathetic that's too after asking 3-4 times. Even if you order tea it will take them 3 hrs.
