There is very terrible 😞 experience in Super Hotel O Palava Dombivli there is no food option and the room I’d very very very bad no face wash, No Toothpaste, No Handwash, No water force in pipe line, No hand towel, nothing and room smell very bad, No security nothing, it was very terrible experience in hotel.

I booked the hotel reading the reviews and its nothing like what the reviews says. When i arrived there with my guest, they did not had the rooms cleaned.. bedsheets were dirty, rooms had bad smell.. we had to change from one room to another multiple times. Cigarettes filters were lying on the floor, match sticks and tiles were slippery.. water was not working.. no force to it the hotel staff fought with my relatives . They mentioned that breakfast is free and asking us to pay for it. Please avoid this hotel. The previous reviews are all fake.

Worst hotel experience

There is no in house food service and power cut issues though they have power backup. Room service is terrible, no hand wash or soap. When asked they say they ran out of it. They didn't even serve morning tea. No soundproofing, heard continues noises of people talking and repairing work at night.
