Very bad experience

We stayed in Hotel Roxy DX for three night. They allot ed Room no. 104 on ground floor. That room was not clean. The bed sheet was dirty and we told them to change it for three times but they did not changed it. Toilet was dirty and commode was not clean. There was an empty hand wash bottle in the toilet. Only plus point of this hotel is, it is very near to the railway station. We are not satisfied with this hotel.

Hotel is very near to the railway station. That is why booked it. Services & ambience are just as you would find in a 2 star hotel. I was there in the month of January. Windows were stuck and not fully closed. Had a sleepless night due cold waves.

Rooms was good, we take 3 rooms, we check-in morning instead of afternoon as our train was late by 13 hours, they confirmed is that they will ready the room if we reached at midnight we at last reached at 5am, the food was good but there is no restaurant in it but they bring them for us from their another hotel.

Hotel is cheap but not very clean. The rooms are small and hot water was not available always. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was not good so ate outside. I think there are better options out there for the same amount. It is better to try those.
