Stay – Great Facilities & Location I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around. The facilities were excellent — clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could need. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, and the reception team was friendly and always ready to help. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at kay's riverview resort The experience was far from what I expected. Here are a few issues we encountered: - *Room Condition*: Our room was not clean, and the bed had stains. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. - No welcome drinks,no tooth brushes and tooth pastes - . A/C is not properly cooling .Not giving the basic needs Overall, I would not recommend kay's riverview resorts to anyone. For the price, I expected much better service and amenities. And food is very good

Hello team Guest had booked 2 room on double occupancy and 2 roooms on triple occupancy.Triple occupancy rooms are bigger in size ,so that third person extra mattress can be put.Guest wanted all four rooms of triple occupancy big rooms and all rooms side by side .During season time mostly all our rooms are full, and it is really difficult to give room adjacent and on same floor.We do cleaning everyday as well if keys are handed over at reception

I recently stayed at **Kays River View Resort in Goa**, and while the location was peaceful and had a good riverside view, the overall experience was underwhelming due to several shortcomings. To start with the positives, the **Wi-Fi was reliable**, and **parking was available and hassle-free**, which added some convenience to the stay. The resort has potential, but the maintenance and service standards need serious improvement. The **food options were very limited**, with only two choices available during my entire stay. For a place that markets itself as a resort, this was disappointing. Even basic variety in meals should be expected. The **swimming pool was not clean**, and unfortunately, there was **no proper seating arrangement** around it to relax. There were a few chairs placed nearby, but **some were broken**, making it uncomfortable and even unsafe to sit. The **TV in the room was not mounted properly** and felt oddly placed, making viewing from the bed inconvenient. Staff was polite, and check-in/check-out was smooth, but the lack of attention to detail in amenities made it feel less like a resort and more like a budget guesthouse. Overall, I would rate the experience as **average**. Kays River View Resort needs better maintenance and improved food and recreational services to justify the price and attract repeat visitors. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep with good Wi-Fi and parking, it may suffice—but for a true Goan holiday experience, look elsewhere.

Worst room, very dirty, fungus all over the walls and bathroom curtains, rain insects in the room, pathetic room service as no one answers the call at reception, no wifi, no dustbin outside the room we kept a pizza box on day 2 and it was there as it is till day 5.

Location was Good,Food and Tea was not available upto 8.30 am in morning, room TV was not working when asked reception counter told that recharge was not made so it was possible to see TV, Complimentory 2 to 3 hours for check out was not given and we have check out at 12pm only. Thank you for the rating and review. our restaurant timings are mentioned in the menu, tv was working just fine but the channels you requested to watch were not available in our recharge package as we have a standard channels package for all our TV's, late checkout was not possible as you had upgraded your room category for your whole stay and we had a check-in in that room that day for which we had to keep the room ready for our next guest but we still gave you an hour late checkout.

Positive points 1. Location - Proximity to Baga Beach with lots of eateries around 2. Room size - Penthouse is awesome in size 3. Parking space - Adequate Negative points 1. Very limited breakfast option if you have booked with breakfast 2. Cleanliness can be better- washrooms and balconies specially- lots of cobwebs 3. Reminders for providing water and TV connection I forgot to add one positive point... Courteous staff
