Very nicely maintained property. Hosts are super nice. Umesh caretaker took good care of us. Location of the property is very good. Beach is 7-8 mins walk.

Everthing was perfect, clean area, away from loudness of city. walking distance from Benaulim beach.

The property is amazing and very well maintained. The location of the property is also good. If you are looking for peaceful and relax outing would suggest to go this place. Caretaker Shivji was also very polite and helpful and prepared delicious food

The property has listed a private swimming pool but in reality it was not a private one, rather it had common access. So rates are comparatively high. Other facilities are also not up to the mark.
