Mid Budget Nice Sta
Location is very near to the sea beach. It's an old property, so needs renovation, however rooms are as per expectations in this price range. Food is homely, and very much pocket friendly

the hotel is not exactly on the beach, service is slow of restaurant and breakfast was ok ok but almost same everyday and currently renovation is ongoing of the hotel so during day lot of drill sound over the day

Terrible stay
I had one of the worst experiences ever at Asian inn hotel. The room service was shockingly poor — requests were either ignored or took hours to fulfill, and when the service finally arrived, it was either incorrect or delivered with a complete lack of professionalism. Basic necessities like providing food and drinking water had to be asked for repeatedly. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. There was no courtesy, no willingness to assist, and at times, they behaved as if guests were a burden rather than customers. When I raised a concern at the front desk, it was met with eye rolls and dismissive attitudes rather than any sincere attempt to resolve the issue. This hotel clearly lacks training and basic hospitality standards. I would never recommend this place to anyone — save your money and your peace of mind and look elsewhere.

My booking was on 24th May to 27th May. The experience with the hotel was extremely disappointing. There was no welcome note or welcome drink upon our arrival. The attitude we received upon check-in was as if we had booked at a very low rate, even though we were paying almost per room. The manager’s behavior was particularly careless and unprofessional. The complimentary breakfast was served cold every day, and despite repeated requests, no action was taken. It felt as though they were feeding the guests for free, showing no courtesy at all. The most concerning issue was that when we lost one of our room keys by mistake, the hotel demanded ₹2,000 for it. However, we later found out from local sources that a duplicate key could be made for just ₹50–100. Even after much discussion, they forcefully took ₹1,000 from us. Despite spending ₹30,000 for three rooms over three days, they insisted on this unfair charge. If they had charged even up to ₹300, I wouldn't have mentioned it. I sincerely hope to receive some support from MakeMyTrip regarding this matter, as I am a repeated customer. I also hope that MakeMyTrip will provide some compensation to my wallet for this inconvenience. I would strongly caution everyone against staying at this hotel. Thank you.
