This was meant to be a 4-star experience and yet I received a room the floor of which hadn’t been mopped, an ant infestation and dirty towels. The guy on shift said they don’t mop at night, the ants got bug-sprayed and the towel was reluctantly replaced. The food was alright but I spent minutes explaining to the Room Service person that he had gotten my order wrong. The person was however polite. Even when he told me they don’t do midnight meals even though they had it on the menu. I could barely sleep the whole night thinking about how I might be sleeping on dirty used sheets. I got a good deal on the stay price-wise but I’m never going back.

My overall experience at the hotel was good β€” the property is nice, and the stay was comfortable. However, there were a few areas that need improvement. Basic amenities like handwash and shower gel were missing initially and were only arranged after a couple of follow-ups with the staff. Although breakfast was complimentary, by the time I reached the dining area after checkout, there was almost nothing available. The staff did arrange something upon request, but it was limited to just one item along with coffee. Overall: The hotel is good, but a little more attention should be given to ensuring that essentials like handwash, shower gel, and shampoo are checked before handing over the room, and that breakfast service is properly managed for all guests.

Room service was delayed.... washroom seat was broken.... housekeeping staff took lot of time to come and clean the rooms ...Had to call multiple times...Many a times no one answers at reception and for room service...Not a good experience this time especially when it was my wife's birthday and I stayed with my kids...hence an unpleasant experience this time....
