Very bad bad experience at this hotel ,there is a stain in the bedsheets ,i have asked them to change the bedsheets but they denied to change the bedsheets, they even didn’t provided us the breakfast as this were included while booking and the Ac is working properly , the fan is making noises, also the staff behaviour is very bad , they even didn’t provided us the one water bottle, Very bad experience, worst hotel i have ever seen , please kindly don’t book this hotel

Dam m bad property. Not even proper water. Unclean. Noisy. Rudeness. Bad smelling. No hospitality. Rooms window interconnected. Others rooms smoking comes to others rooms, while others are not allowed to smoke. Locals are preferred. No proper english or hindi speaking people available. Bad service, no lift to 5th floor. Very bad experience.

Address mentioned as 4th floor but room in on 5th floor. No lift service till this floor, sp had to tale stairs while checking in yesterday n8. Today morning, the lift is not working even from 4th floor so had to take stairs all the way from 5th to ground floor. Bathroom is pathetic, asked to clean when checked in. Realized there is leakage in commode in the morning which was disgusting. No mirror. Over all must say terrible experience for family and that too elderly people. I regret i booked this hotel in an emergency for my older parents for a night stay by looking at 4 star rating.
