Location is good. But surprisingly enough they denied to give rooms as there was no vacant room. Manager of Cititel diverted us to a new hotel named PNR Comfort which was nearly 2 km away from Cititel and on backward location & worser than Cititel in every aspect. Moreover they claimed Rs. 400/- extra for two Rooms in new hotel. Though complimentary breakfast was included with my booking but they also refused to provide breakfast. Lift was not working. Next day when we were checking out at early morning no attendant was there to bring luggage to ground floor from 3rd floor. We were bound to bring luggage fron 3rd floor to ground floor. Practically a horrible experience.

Hotel manager refused to provide the room

When i reached at the hotel. Hotel manager said they won't be providing me the room as the amount which i have paid that is out of budget and they were asking me for additional amount. And honestly speaking in this way only i was in trouble and neither makemytrip helped me nor hotel manager helped in-spite of having all bookings. If hotel has been booked how they deny about the booking, i had booking for 4days. I had to wait at reception and kept talking with customer care they were only assuring me that they will best possible solutions. But they have not given. Being a patient, i choose d to stay nearby hospital. But i didn't know i will have to take this extra trouble and pain. And this literally wasted my two hours and hotel manager was still seeking to get the asstional amount. I have paid extra amount and didn't receive the bill for extra amount. At that hotel p manager said that extra bill will be provided but till now it's not being received. Don't book the hotel with makemytrip and don't go with this hotel. Nobody is concerned once they have taken an amount they don't care about the customer. Really disappointed and troubled a lot with this.

I have recieved and invoice of hotel cititel banjara hills hyderabad but when i reached there hotel denied of any bookings, then i have to pay again and stayed there. Till now my debited amount of rs 3171 is not credited to my bank account even after raising several requests. It's almost 8 days now. Very poor experience i had.

Horrible experience. TV quality very poor. Bathroom bucket damaged. cockroach on &nearby the bed. Manager non co-operative and bogus. hotel is suffering from mismanagement and workers and managers are inefficient. It is strictly suggested never to stay or your life will be horible also.
