Starting from entry to the exit, the basic hospitality etiquette is missing. The hotel and staff are new which may be the reason. Restaurant is not there. Breakfast is served with fixed South Indian menu and at fixed time without even your consent, that too cold.

cleanliness issue with room and poor hotel management

Property location is good, but housekeeping of the hotel room was poor. It was very dirty and I checked in at night so I could not call them to do cleaning. They provided the key without cover. The hotel has wifi and telephone, but nowhere was the reception number written.

The hotel stay was good overall — rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, the rules and regulations were not clearly provided at check-in, which caused a bit of confusion. It would be great if they could inform guests about all the policies in advance.....like age policy it is mentioned at 18 but at checkin they want 21
