Terrible Stay

The property is terribly maintained, absolutely no cleanliness. The rooms were very dirty. The lock was shaking. The bed was dirty the bathroom was worse than a public restroom . With the flush defective and fungus growing. The water from the shower came so little like a thin stream. The intercom not working. The lights are very very dull. For everything you have to go the desk to ask them something. Worst stay . Never ever book this hotel.

Team was very good and they allow us to half an hour early check in that was good part but there is no facility for food.

Fab Hotels? What a joke....

I booked a room three days ahead, thinking I was set. Get to the hotel at 9:30 PM, tired as hell, and they tell me it's full. FULL! No heads-up, no call, nothing. Seriously, what kind of messed up system is that? Imagine if I'd shown up at midnight, totally stranded, no room, no warning. That's just asking for trouble. Thank God the guy at the front desk actually had a brain and helped me find a place 15 kilometers away. He did your job, Fab. Then, the absolute nerve of your team calling me up to ask, "How was your experience with Fab?" Are you kidding me?! How was it? It was a goddamn nightmare! Never again. I will never book with Fab Hotels. Ever.
