Property is visibly old and non maintained, staff has no training especially the ones behind the desk during check in, the lift stinks of some foul smell and rooms even tho seem clean has bugs and mites around. Overall a terrible experience would not stay with family or friends.

I loved my stay here. Very very polite staff. Very nice large sized room. The attendant there was very well mannered and took care of everything. I felt so good here that I extended my stay for another day. I will definitely come back here. The place is so well connected to all prominent locations that I had no difficulty in finding places to eat. Me and my family felt well rested. And while it's hardly an hr since we checked out I wanted to quickly write a positive review before I can forget. I landed in hybd after a very delayed train journey. In the heat of the afternoon I exited Grand hotel with my child. After that experience this place felt like heaven, the place and the absolutely calm and delightful staff at Fabs.

The room was not as per the images in the site....it is so worst to see...no proper maintenance, the bathroom door and the room walls are so dirty... But the staff was so good...

Not a good propert

Location is not good , it is not for the family because it has a local bar on the ground floor. It's a very old property not maintained properly !! It wasn't worth the money i paid 1800rs
