The pool was not clean and it took a lot of time for them to clean it, which makes it unserviceable for guests. We ended up not going to the pool at all during our stay because whenever we wanted to go, the pool was filthy and they only started cleaning once we asked them to clean it.

Not 5k worth at all, la cart e food was not good, missing basic things soap, shampoo etc, tv was not working, tatasky setup box was not working, upon wake up in morning there was no tap n flush water, intercom phone was not working, no wifi, missing amenities shown in photos, not happy at all. Family disappointed.

There is no such option to explore, 1st it's too much far away from city 2nd there is no option to spend expect swimming pool 3 there is too much electricity problem and they don't have generator 4. They have to add more option to spend time in resort and to take pictures because another than resort there is nothing to see bathroom shower pannel toilets all are old fighting need to upgrade 5. Food was awesome amazing taste. 6. There is network issue and they don't have wifi facility and tv also not working 7. Some upgrade need to be done in resort otherwise only 1 day is good to spend

I planned for surprising my husband at our 4th anniversary. Sudden plan and we landed here. Soothing and calm place for relaxing. Green lushes and lake view took my heart. Talking about staff very friendly and helpful always ready for service. Only thing which is holding me back to give it a 5 star is its fooding.

A good to relax

I had a very comfortable stay and the staff was helpful. My room had an amazing view of the valley and the lake. Food is not great but it’s manageable. The plunge pool is not functional. Over a comfy and relaxing experience.

The staff was rude. The plunge pool was not working. Mosquitoes and flies in the room. Everything was untidy. There were no other guests too apart from us which made the place super shady. Please don’t plan your trip over here.

Location is very difficult to reach, unsafe to travel at night, room are not clean, full of dangerous insects, rusty furniture our tv wasn't working, light's were not working, electric kettle was broken, bedsheet were spotted, evening it's not possible to open the door as insects will enter
