I stayed at The Benchmark Premier Hotel for 2 weeks….and enjoyed every bit of it…the location is amazing with so many food options nearby that you can try a different thing daily…also the hotel itself has a great cafe that serves amazing food…talking about the hotel itself, the staff is really amazing and courteous, they make sure the guests don’t face any issues with their stay and provide the best possible service, they are always ready to help you and make sure your experience is great while you are there…they are very accommodating to your requirements and requests…overall a very nice experience

as I have request for date modification request through MMT on call. and got the confirmation mail for change in date. but at the time on checkin we refused for checkin as hotel donot got any confirmation and all rooms were sold out. we have to manuallly book other hotel room on the spot. as we are refused for checkin at Hotel.

Room was good but i have booked a room with breakfast but on 7th October i am waiting for breakfast but didn't get it i have called 2 time to the reception for breakfast they just saying that we are preparing i have got my breakfast at 12:15pm And the breakfast was just a one poha and plain bread pieces 4 for two peoples in a room they ask me for extra pay for late check out because i got my breakfast at 12:15 how can i check out at 12 pm so i take 2 hours for checkout so that i will take a shower and get ready but they charge me a 600 rupees for late check out still of his mistake to provide breakfast on time Very pathetic room service and hotel service

Furthermore, our official check-out time is between 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. You had personally requested a late check-out, which is a chargeable service according to hotel policy. The late check-out fee of ₹600 was applied accordingly, as the extended stay was not due to any service delay from our side. We take all guest feedback seriously but also wish to ensure that accurate information is shared publicly. Our team remains committed to maintaining transparency and delivering a comfortable experience to all our guests.
