location, food & service was good for amenities i will give a poor review because they show a swimming pool which is under maintenance & they didn't inform us before and after checkin, they show jacuzzi & steam-sauna but it is also not available after a long debate with makemytrip customer care & hotel management they provide steam-sauna to us. so, it helped us at last

There were so many things which were out of order in my room. I got a cut in my toe while enjoying the swimming pool because the tiles of the pool were sharp. They were charging unnecessary money for Tea which was not served.

The behavior of the staff was not good. No system was working there, like the bathroom door was not closing. And the AC was not working properly. The bed sheets and blankets were not clean. I do almost all my bookings through Make My Trip but I did not like this booking at all
