Horrible experience in indore, rooms were pathetic. I had booked 4 rooms and visited with my family. But the rooms were in an appalling state. cigarette smell, toilet water running, showers not working etc were just some of the issues with all the rooms. Staff is so proud of this state of the hotel that they would just send the housekeeping to take care of these issues but of no use. all in all, if you are visiting with family just avoid this hotel.

The property is basically 12 years old and has not been maintained or renovated. Only outside looks good, interior is full of defect.They have faulty water system,impolite staff if you complaint to them, and the you request they will sbout back at you. In our case we ordered tea for 4 with specified room number they only sent in 1, that too after 3 calls and waiting almost for 1 hours for basic tea....and when requested at another room, gave it within minutes. They kept switching showing rooms because there was dampness every where and it was very hard to stay. Since it was only a night managed somehow.But overall it is terrible stay, just using the benefit of the location....nothing else.
