Property is peaceful, huge and makes you feel like a royal guest over there. From peacocks in the lawn to traditional performances in the evening everything was just amazing. The buffet spread could have been better but their hospitality is number one.

It was a wonderful stay at Taj Jai Mahal. We haven’t seen such a great hospitality at any 5 star property (not even within entire Taj Hotel we stayed so far). I would like to thank the entire team of the hotel. We’ll definitely visit soon with more longer stay.

“The palace is undeniably beautiful, and the services are excellent. However, I was a bit underwhelmed with the food. Having experienced the breakfast buffet at Taj Yeshwantpur, I found it difficult to compare the two, as Yeshwantpur offered a far superior spread.

property is good but customer service needs huge improvement. i specially mentioned in my booking that it's my daughter's birthday but no attention was paid to the request and even when I reminded the front staff there was absolutely no response. such pathetic actions are never expected I am a regular visitor to taj properties but this behaviour i never experienced.

I stayed in the property for three nights and had an amazing time . The property is very beautiful, royal and regal. The huge gardens with peacocks running around gave an old world charm. The staff is impeccable in their service. All the restaurants have supreme quality and super delicious food in their menu. It is in the heart of the city with all the tourist places nearby. A full 10 and 10 to the hotel and the staff.

The experience was amazing, staff at this property always greets you with a smile especially Aslam, Mahender and Chef Burman. However, the female staff who took us to our room didn’t welcome us with their ritual as in the tulsi mala, tikka and arti and we found her quite rude and arrogant. Apart from that the cleanliness was top notch and food is scrumptious.
