Poor Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. While the property itself appeared decent at first glance, the service and overall guest experience left much to be desired. One of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the repeated request for an interconnected room key. Despite multiple follow-ups with the front desk, it took far too long for staff to provide access. What should have been a simple and routine request turned into an unnecessary hassle that disrupted our stay. Adding to the disappointment was the extremely limited room service menu. Options were few and uninspiring, and it felt like an afterthought rather than a service intended to enhance guest comfort. For a hotel of this level, I expected more variety and better quality. Overall, the lack of responsiveness from staff and the minimal amenities offered made for a subpar experience. Driver also will show main things .. but, hotel sight Driver are good.. cabs are in good condition.. Driver are polite and understandable.. Before taking sight seeing facility from hotel.. please check all details.. it will take 2 days min for Jaipur sight seeing. Also, please disclose the sight seeing locations covered before adopting. Else, they will create mess.. Wifi password was not working after asking 2 times.. so, I have to use my mobile data.. I prefer to stay again here in this hotel. if I come again in Jaipur.. Hotel location is good.. 4/5 rating overall..
