No water in washroom. Unhygienic and dirty room. Unpleasant smell in room. Not a good place. I immediately checked out without staying. All wrong pics present on internet.

it was a very bad experience with this. no toiletries were provided, no proper cleaning, bedding was not clean. wifi was not working inside the room. Staff was not approachable. all the time needs to go to the counter for any concerns.

I had to shift to 4 different rooms in 2 days span. but none of the rooms were complete any measures. there's no maintenance staff in the hotel. the complete hotel is run by 2-3 inexperienced young boys. MakeMyTrip need to physically inspect the hotels before allowing any bookings from their app. they're just publishing unrealistic photographs and good reviews for such hotels very pathetic hotel. not a single room is complete in any count. as basic as door locks are broken.
