Service was too bad. Nobody bothered about providing extra pillow we requested both night. Dinner buffet was overpriced considering items available to eat. Taste was also not good. We were forced not to take dinner next night because of food quality. Breakfast was good both days. Only suggestion is not to repeat puri sabzi consecutive days. Tv was not working, nobody came to our room for support (2 nights we spent at property. If possible, do blacklist tiaraa resorts from list of mmt. Mmt has good reputation, don't spoil.

We had a comfortable stay at this cozy resort in Jim Corbett. I initially booked a Club Room but upgraded to a Heritage Room — spacious with great facilities and charm. The staff was polite and ensured our stay was safe and enjoyable. The garden and pool area were beautiful, and the food was delicious — dinner stood out more than breakfast. The hi-tea with dance performances was a lovely touch. Would definitely visit again!

Prorerty is very good. , food, restorent and swimming pool, lush green big gardens fir kids alongwith swings. but house keeing and room service is very bad. it's not a right place for family to enjoyed it. recent i had stay with family in the resort. my experience is very bad and not value for money. Room aminities are not available in the room and call to receition for every thing. i think need to improvement in this are to maintain 4 star rating.

I stayed during year end and it was pretty good. Location is best if someone is looking for safari in Dhikala zone. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Staff was quite helpful and prompt as well. Only part which can improved is the food as it was quite average and power cut which was quite frequently happening. Other than it I had great time. Pool is nice as well.
