I have booked hotel ss hotel kanpur for attending 56 th convocation iit kanpur with you making full payment and i faced this type of terrible experience when hotel denied my family to check in at reception informed me that that hotel is already full due to iit convocation dated 02. 07. 2023 12. 06 pm. After request/ in vain arguments showing my booking to hotel reception for more than half an hour, he said you have not booked with us talk to mm trip. I have visited five-six nearby hotels in cab for two -three hours all are full due to 56th iit kanpur convocation, finally i got a room in hotel satyam which is available in half an hour for rs. 1800 and paid cab charges rs. 960 instead of rs. 370.

I reached my hotel at 10pm but till then they make my booking completed. They have make check in and check out even before i reached there. After that they ask me to pay separately for the room and charges about 1200rupees for the room. Then what is the point of booking in advance from make my trip.
