It's a good stay for singles or those who are travel-ling alone. But the hygiene of the hotel is not maintained as rooms were a little dirty. Overall good experience and staff

Location of the property is very good but hotel itself is not clean, toilet is like a public toilet and ig someone checks in after 10 pm no one to carry luggage or bring towels. Receptionsit sitting and playing game in his phone. Attaching pic of toilet, verandah and cupboard

My stay at city crown hotel was amazing and relaxing. The hotel room was comfortable for four people. The food provided by the hotel was tasty and the view showcased by the rooftop resteraunt was beautiful. Loved my relaxing stay there.

I would rate the hotel as average. 1. Staff - unresponsive ( not picking up calls ) 2. Room - too small - not same as shown in pics - everything is broken inside - lights, the exhaust fan of bathroom, the switches - most imp. The main door lock was broken we could just push heavily and the door unlocks what sort of safety is this ? no privacy.

The room was not cleaned and a very bad smell came from the bathroom. No kamble in the room. There is no contact number for the recipient. Overall all room is not hyganic

You’ll find something better

The hotel is not as it is shown in the pictures. Half the lights don’t work in the room. The behaviour of the staff is not good either, having a carefree attitude with no concern towards customer’s well being. You’ll find something better at this price.

Very poor room service and bad room

Broken exhaust fan, broken toilet. We had to ask for each service. By going down stairs. Terrible room service. Simply denied morning tea. Location is good but it has roof top bar not recommended for families at all. I do not recommend this. Unable to manage parking even though space was there.
