Check in substantially delayed. Provided room only at 5.45 Pm and not at 10.00 am. Discourteous and rude front office manager. Despite such delay, refused to give extended check out beyond scheduled time even by couple of hours.

Worst ever experience to stay at hotel

The stay at the hotel was very pathetic and the manager didn't even knew about my booking done through MakeMyTrip and after denying for a while for room I was provided with a room. The bed linen was dirty and even after request for change it was not changed. The manager was very rude and rough in his talks. There were red ants all around the bed and over the toilet seat in bathroom. The bathroom was very smelly. Many people were smoking on the stairs outside of their room and the whole atmosphere was very smoky and smelly. Not at all recommended for stay in the said hotel.
The bed linen was dirty and even after request for change it was not changed. The manager was very rude and rough in his talks. There were red ants all around the bed and over the toilet seat. Not at all recommended for stay.

The hotel is near to kalighat metro and location is excellent. Just opposite of lake mall. Room is very clean. Service also good. Behaviour of receptionist very polite but no food options in hotel. Over all it's a very good experience. I recommend this hotel for people.

After long search and Reading reviews, I booked this hotel for my parents and it was worth. Hotel is located in main market area with all mode of commute available at walking distance like Metro, Taxi, Auto even Tram and good connectivity to Railway station and Airport. Room was well spaced, clean with all facilities and friendly management. Best place and location to stay if you travelling with family and friends on vacation that too in very budgeted price.
