Very poor condition of room toilet was choke ,shower pipe was rusty ..it was very unhygienic..I wish in future to stay at this type of hotel ..staff were very rude and arrogant

As per my experience I am staying lot of hotel near by Kolkata airport but 😔I am should to be say that is my fast hotel I did stay I feel too much dirty every where in side the room 😔 on the bed only I found hair never part of hygiene overall such a very ved experience for me this time thanks 🙏

Average try to improve something. Rooms are too short and Washroom is average please try to clean and Bad is Good Air conditioner was Average. The biggest point is that Water is paid but when I booked on make my trip they write in terms and conditions water is free I didn't no why did they charge for water but I think Room average comfortable for couples but try to clean the room.

Friends!i had booked this hotel. When i reached hotel, the hotel's receptionist staff opened my booking over desktop and i saw it also in his computer but he flatly denied of booking any room in my name. He was asking for fresh booking to avail the room. He asked me to go away from there, actually he was trying to deceive me so i called to make my trip customer care and complained regarding this issue i have already paid the rent and hotel staff was pressurising me for money making. They wasted my one hour in this argument. At last when i matched pnr then booking was matched. Actually it was their dramabazi to make make money. The receptionist already has checked my booking confirmation. This hotel is not trust worthy. Be aware of this hotel while checking in especially. Though i had booked room in around rs. 00 but it's quality was very cheap. Very dirty room and room facility is zero. The worst experience i faced here. Also there is a mismatch in hotel name as mentioned and actual. So be cautious while booking
