The food was very poor. Also, the staff was not very welcoming. So, all this led to a bad experience. However, the room was good. But when it comes to the bathroom, it was very poor.

Terrible Stay

The room was dirty. The floor was sticky and all the furniture was wiped as if from oil. I didn't even want to put my phone on it. The AC stunk like a public washroom so I rarely turned it on. I ordered noodles once and it was too salty and served in very dirty dishes. The kettle was rusty and stained. One of the 2 cups was broken. Even after complaining they were hesitant to replace anything. Most staff seemed untrained. The towel given initially was damp and slightly stained.

Never visit corporate clients pathetic experience

Pathetic hotel services and rude staff. Bottled water chargeable took 2 hrs for service, rude behaviour of staff it’s like staying in hostel with reception at warden. Cleaning was ok, rest torn towels, unclean furniture. Food is ok but limited to 2 dishes so not worth spending 3 k for a night. Overall better pay lil more to have fine hotels.

This hotel is in a good location and there are many tourist attractions within 5km range. However, the reception is a congested 6ftx6ft area and is not at all acceptable for a 3k hotel. The way to lift is congested and the only lift is also small. Rooms are also small for a 3k price. Cafeteria has limited availability of listed menu and actually operates only during limited hours.
