Terrible hotel

The bath towel provided was wet and used by someone else. No soap was provided in the bathroom. The toilet door is damaged from bottom side. The geysers in room were not working. Surprisingly there was no water in the hotel toilets today morning. The bed-sheets were damaged. The TV recharge was not done and it took 2 reminders for the staff to do it. Overall not at all recommended to anyone.

Just horrible

Picture attached here are stretched to show bigger rooms. There is no space for walk. Dirty bed sheet I think not changed from last couple of days. Bathroom is full of tobacco stains and so dirty that one can get disease using that toilet. I took this hotel for 3-4 hours just to get sleep as I came from Hyderabad and reach there at 8.30 am. Can't sleep due to dirty bed sheets. Couldn't even take bath because water heater not working and bucket was so dirty. They are not even bother about the issue. Don't think good people use this hotel as even bed sheet has tobacco and other stains. Horrible and can't believe make my trip listed this hotel.

The hotel did not have food facility, they didn't give tea as they told they don't have milk. Water heater in the bathroom was not working. And there were rats in the room. I am always disappointed by oyo rooms and will never book any oyo in future.

The air-conditioner and geyser were not working. On inquiring for complementary breakfast the owner made a big scene was totally rude and uncooperative. Never go to this hotel even if it is free.
