Comfortable solo stopover

Good place for solo stays. Room was quiet and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming which made my trip really smooth and pleasant for me.

Here’s a rephrased version of your review, expressing extreme dissatisfaction: This was by far the worst stay I have ever experienced. the overall experience was horrendous. The hotel staff were extremely rude and insisted that we pay them offline. They initially offered us a tiny, horrible room for our booking and demanded an additional payment for a better room. Reluctantly, we paid the extra amount, but it only got worse from there. The condition of the room was appalling. It was filthy, reeked of cigarette smoke, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathrooms were disgusting, with visible dirt and grime. The bedspread and pillow covers were unwashed, and the bedsheet even had stains on it! I would strongly advise against booking this property. It was a nightmare and not worth a single rupee. This experience has left me completely disappointed and frustrated.

here’s a rephrased version of your review, expressing extreme dissatisfaction: this was by far the worst stay i have ever experienced. i appreciate involvement in trying to resolve some issues, but the overall experience was horrendous. the hotel staff were extremely rude and insisted that we pay them offline. they initially offered us a tiny, horrible room for our booking and demanded an additional payment for a better room. reluctantly, we paid the extra amount, but it only got worse from there. although a helpful representative intervened and convinced the staff to refund ₹1,000, claiming they were at a loss and questioning why we filed a complaint. out of sheer discomfort and unfamiliarity with the locality, we ended up giving the ₹1,000 back to them. the condition of the room was appalling. it was filthy, reeked of cigarette smoke, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. the bathrooms were disgusting, with visible dirt and grime. the bedspread and pillow covers were unwashed, and the bedsheet even had red stains on it! i would strongly advise against booking this property. it was a nightmare and not worth a single rupee. this experience has left me completely disappointed and frustrated. i firmly believe that the property should be banned from booking .

The cleaning was good and the room is on expectations. But the infrastructure of hotel is little unattractive. The room is too closer to reception area. I don't know why they prefer me to book hotel offline. Maybe the discount i got from make my trip is not apt for them. But thanks to mm t for this. Overall service is on point.
