Ok, needs improvement
Property is good, but poor service and Housekeeping. They have no system of changing bedsheets, replacing tea kits and towels. We have to chace. I stayed about 10 days, and had seen that they hardly bothered to clean room or change bedsheets for 4-5 days.

Rude, miss behavior,
Receptionist were very rude they do not know how to behave and talk to the customer please take my suggestion do not book this hotel.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist with my needs, and their positive attitude made me feel welcome. Room: My room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and a good view.

The rooms are spacious. Food is very delicious. They cook as per the guest's requirement. Room service is good. You can find mall, bus stop in less than 500 metres
