We visited Lucknow and decided to try Skystay for the first time. The location is excellent the property is inside a campus with a grocery store ice cream parlour, and other facilities nearby. The rooms were neat clean, and very hygienic. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the caretaker was so polite and helpful that it felt just like home The next morning breakfast was served on time and everything was well arranged. Skystay offers Netflix subscription-based entertainment 24/7 security and top-notch women’s safety. Truly one of the most high-tech and well managed stays in Lucknow. The best part was the caretaker’s service he parked my car guided me from the office to the room, and responded immediately on call The washroom was neat and clean amenities and toiletries were well provided in the room and overall hygiene was excellent. Very unprofessional and bad behaviour staff I booked room for 3 person and they gave me only 1 double bed and when I asked for Matress they clearly denied that we don’t have any Matress no toiletries no bed tea nothing was provided
