When i reached on the reception , i told i have a booking. Front of the house person says sorry hotel is totally packed , pata nahi kyu booking show kar raha hai . sir main aisa karta hu apko kisi or hotel mein shift kara deta hu in oyo one the other hotel name is m s inn where they have shifted. its a third class oyo hotel for couples. Deep yellow stains on linen, bedsheet.

There was no stay provided. The hotel was over booked. The only thing that happened was a lot of phone calls with makemytrip and i was troubled a lot and was forced to search for other hotels priced many time higher than their original price due to wedding season. Finally i had to suffer a lot in welcoming my guests.
