Booked for Two Days here. It's near by to Hatutma Chowk Metro Station. Also 10-15 min Walk from CSMT. Rooms were clean also the bathroom. But room was very small. Like match box. there is no space for opening trolley. So its very uncomfortable inside. It is new Hotel so it's clean but very very small rooms.

Terrible Stay

The rooms are very small and congested. There's hardly any space to move or for luggage. There are no glasses or hot kettles in the room. The room service is too slow and many times you will have to call multiple times for a single requirement. No hot water in the shower or taps. Roadside quality toiletries provided. There's no restaurant in the hotel but they have tied up with a shady restaurant nearby which serves limited lunch and dinner items, not breakfast. To make things worse, there were cockroaches in my room. And all this for a whooping price per night? Terrible place to stay at. I wish I could get a refund if not an extra compensation for the struggle I faced staying at ISRA 'Uncomfort' Inn.

The hotel is in a very good local just beside reserve Bank of India. The room is too small feels suffocated. The view from my room was pathetic and depressing. There is no kitchen hence no room service available. Morning I got a shock 😲 when found that no water in shower this is my first life time experience no water in shower and after calling the reception twice they did not tell the reason. They just kept quite. The hotel name is isra comfort inn, they have made my stay complete discomfort.. Over zero ratting for such hotel. Not my range and temperament. It's a third ratted lodge.

Positives Both the night and day managers showed excellent customers services. The place , room and the bath were spike and span..Brilliant. Lift was working and no hassles. Nutral..I didn't order any food. Challenges: Location, starts from Lvl 2 and ground and first are with some other companies. Hotel is based in a small street rather than a main road.

Everything was really nice and clean as well staff was really good , checkin was quick and smooth Mr Boss (as he informed his name) was nice just hoped he had given as a good room change as well as the view wasn't that plesent rest behavior was really good as well just not that friendly , but rest all was really nice all staff and at the check out time the person was good also asked feedbacks and if any inconvenience coz I don't know the name but yess found friendly and good with nice smiles , amenity are provided and sufficient over all 4/5 for sure value for money . Will visit again soon .
