      Had a pleasant stay overall with family over the Diwali weekend for 3 days Pros: 1. Beautiful property and good location 2. ⁠close to the sea though the beach nearby is very rocky and not suitable for kids play 3. ⁠near to most locations in vicinity ie Gorai, Manori, etc Cons: 1. The option ‘with veg breakfast’ seems to be offered grudgingly to guests - first we were told only bread butter was an option, then on enquiring poha or Upma were offered as only options and on the last day we were told it was possible to get Idli as well. Point being that we had to keep asking before anything was offered. A breakfast menu should have been made available at the outset. 2. Basic amenities in bathroom like bath soap were not provided - geyser in one of the bathrooms was not working so no hot water 3. ⁠tv was there in one bedroom but not working 4. ⁠there is no full time caretaker on the property hence security at night can be a concern for women and kids especially 5. ⁠there were a few cockroaches under the bed in one bedroom Better breakfast options and basic check of amenities in working / good condition before guests check-in can go a long way to make this place better.

      Just amazing

      This was our third stay there coz we just love the place serene next to the ocean quite and peaceful and very specious my kid n god just love it there enough of space to play. Caretakers are really good people very helping and always there whenever u need them. Akash n his mother specially are very good.

      Peaceful! away from city’s hustle and bustle!

      We went there to celebrate our mom’s birthday! the place is very beautiful! the caretaker sushi-la ji, akshay, vikas were always there when we needed them. The kitchen is well equipped! we did carry some small stuffs with us to avoid any inconvenience as the place is in the interiors! we were lucky to not be accompanied by the mosquitoes gang but you don’t have to worry they do provide you with mosquito repellent incense sticks! all in all a great weekend getaway!

      Good Stay

      We had booked this villa for a group of 7 people. The villa looks very beautiful and its very clean and hygienic. The caretakers were really helpful and were always smiling. Specially akash and sushi-la aunty. But one thing that the owners need to pay special attention is to the safety of the villa. Firstly its a fully glass villa and a a 2 doors could not be locked. This is of grave concern if youll have just women guests. Also, we had a trespasser begger in the property in the middle of the night. Apart from this, everything else was very good there. I loved the place and the beach setting, the ambiance and the caretakers of the villa.
