The night staff at hotel is very rude.They can even respond on our quiry. The mattress provided by them is very bad and torn. When I ask them to change it they refused and told me to talk with the booking agency. The property is nice but the staff is very bad especially the night manager

There is no maintenance at all. No lift service. There was no electricity for 2 hours and no back up of generators. Bathroom was clean, room was not clean. I do not recommend this stay for anyone. I have changed my stay to different hotel.

Pleasant stay at a comfortable room. They could have provided tea/ coffee sachets in the room. Only one towel provided pr room. Check in delays could be avoided. Room and bathroom are very clean and neat.

Disappointing experience - not recommended

I recently stayed this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, the hotel staff claimed that it was not part of the package, leaving us feeling cheated. The behavior of the hotel staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which further marred our trip. The overall experience was subpar, and i would not recommend this hotel to any customer.
