Room quality is bad. Room service is also bad. For eg- there is only handwash available with no towel or anything and that handwash is also broken it means you have to turn upside down to use that handwash and can not use like pressing. One more example is give below: i have told in the night itself that i will check out from hotel early around 7 to 7. 15 am since i have to go for medical entrance exam, so can you provide breakfast around 7 to 7. 15 am, he replied that breakfast starts at 9 am but as you requested so i can provide bread omlett and tea which we agreed but in the morning they denied, so we left the hotel without breakfast.

google map direct drop location was wrong. But the written address was right. At first i went to the google drop location provided (that was directed me inside the nifr fashion institute) but there was no hotels. Then i called the fab grand and come to know the ex-ac address that was fully opposite to nifr. Actual location was 3 km near by the airport. I got fully frustrated and asked the telephone manager to relocate me to the nearby fab grand sheela (opposite to krish vawan. This was helpful to me. I gave extra 310 addition to my previous hotel charge 950 at the time of checking in into grand sheela. I was roaming around 1 hour in the street. This was 1st time bad experience

This is by far by worst stay hotel service. - The hotel reception charged me 300 extra forcefully even after making advance full payment. - The location mention fornthis hotel is wrong. listing details shows it is 3km from airport but in reality It is very far from airport. - The hotel is pathetic, it is infact a poorli managed service apartment.
